The Lebert HIIT System is a freely moving, multi-planar training tool that doubles as a suspension trainer.
Comprised of three hand grips, system strap and floating handle attached to the integrated friction ring, the HIIT System works many muscles at once. Focus on strength and endurance training, work the core, mobility and stability training and extend sets with variable and instant tensions changes.
The door and strap anchors allow you to use the HIIT System virtually anywhere. Attach to doors, posts or even bed legs to give you the workout you want where you want! At just over 1 pound, it is compact and light enough to take with you anywhere. Want some friendly competition? Grab a friend to open up many more exercise options.
The most unique feature of the HIIT System is the ability to do BI-LATERAL or DYNAMIC RESISTANCE training. The middle strap moves smoothly through the integrated friction ring allowing for one arm to provide resistance for the other.
