You want to create ‘systems’ for your business?
Have someone follow you around with their iPhone and record what you do to complete a task. Post them on a page. Ta-da…you’ve got a system.
You want to improve your staff?
Coach them and treat them the way you treat your clients. If you coach them with the same effort you do your clients they’ll get better.
You want to get more leads?
Find out where your current clients are when they’re not with you. Be there and connect.
You want to improve as a business owner?
Get a coach. You obviously believe coaching helps people reach their potential, right?
You want more income?
Spend a higher % of your time on income producing activities.
You want to decide whether to perform a task or pursue an opportunity?
Will it move you toward your Ideal Business faster than the other things you could be doing? If yes – then do it. If no – then don’t.
