Build your own Business Series - The Critical Habit of 3
One of the most powerful things that you can do is to plan out your next day the evening prior.
This is something that I started doing way back in my baseball coaching days to help me deal with not being able to sleep because I had so many things racing through my mind.
I'd 'dump' them all on paper and then it was easier for me to sleep knowing I was set up for success the next day.
But the key to making this strategy work to its full potential is to pick the top 3 things you need to get done the next day and highlight them.
They're your Big 3...and they're the things, that if you do them, you'll be making real progress toward having the business you want.
I'll admit, sometimes this is tough for me...separating out the Top 3...I will find myself occasionally acting as if everything is critical...well, it's not.
And when I dial it back in once I catch myself, I see my productivity and success skyrocket.
And you will too.
So plot out the 3 things you really need to get done tomorrow to move toward your goals before you go to bed tonight.
Then get them done before you get caught up working on everything else tomorrow.
It will be a big step toward having the business you want.
