Each vest comes with removable 2.5 LB solid cast iron ingots, making it easy to customize your training load. The vest itself weighs 3 pounds when empty and includes 16 evenly distributed weight pockets for balanced performance and comfort.

The Lebert Fitness Weighted Vest is available in three configurations to suit a variety of training goals. The 20 LB vest includes 8 removable 2.5 LB ingots and has a total product weight of approximately 23 LB. The 30 LB vest includes 12 removable ingots and weighs approximately 33 LB. The 40 LB vest includes 16 removable ingots and has a total product weight of approximately 43 LB.

Designed with comfort in mind, the vest features a foam- and rubber-filled interior, extra shoulder and chest padding, a spacious U-shaped neckline, and ergonomic shoulder cutouts for unrestricted movement. Durable construction, strong D-rings, and a secure adjustable Velcro strap ensure the vest stays firmly in place during even the toughest workouts.

All vests measure 18.5 inches high, 14 inches wide, and 0.5 inches thick.
