Her love for sports started in elementary school and carried on throughout her entire schooling, even into University where she competed on the track-and-field and the cross country teams. Having recently reached his 60th year, Greg has a passion for inspiring others to reach their own fitness goals. Interested in all aspects of physical culture, he particularly enjoys training bodyweight skills, weightlifting and kettlebells.
It hadn’t always been that way. Faced with a number of chronic health issues growing up, Carver didn’t discover the power of healthy living until later in life.
Frustrated with being “sick and tired” all the time, Greg decided to take responsibility for his own health. He’s used his system to overcome his chronic health problems in the past, and now helps others transform their own lives, regardless of age or physical condition.
Greg credits his own success to the motivation he gets from others, be they mentor, coach or client. “I’m driven by other peoples’ enthusiasm, and love showing people how to look and feel their best”, he says.
Greg is the founder and head trainer of the StrengthBox gym in Toronto and the author of “Bar Strong: Lebert Fitness Parallette Fundamentals”. When not in the gym he can be found sharing his passion for fitness and culture on his active-vacation trips both locally and abroad.

Few people have the “aha” or “lightbulb” moment in life, and I’ve been very lucky to experience it. After graduating from Queen’s University with an honours degree in Life Sciences in hand, and 50 extra pounds in the belly, I thought I was destined for a career in medicine, albeit not completely sure in what capacity. I took a job with a pharmaceutical company and became quickly jaded with their “sell more, people are sick” mentality.
Following my time with pharmaceuticals and a lengthy and varied career in the boating industry, some soul-searching led me back into healthcare and to ultimately discover naturopathic medicine.
After 4 years studying at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), I graduated with the honour of representing my class as valedictorian. I am licensed to work in Ontario and have a family practice in Waterdown. I have written a naturopathic textbook with 3 remarkable colleagues, and continue to work at CCNM as an instructor and teaching assistant.
I still find myself at a healthy weight living a healthy life with a loving family, and loving a career where I can combine my passions for helping others, educating them in health, and constantly being challenged by finding new ways to help you, naturally.
I’m a 47 year old guy that has built his share of successes from the ground up…and more importantly, have a beautiful wife, two incredible boys and a business that allows me to spend most of my time with them along with family and friends.
In the past decade I’ve built over a dozen businesses as a CEO and Co-Owner, with five becoming million dollar or multi-million dollar ventures. Two of those businesses, Athletic Revolution and Fitness Revolution, have been multiple time winners on the Entrepreneur Franchise 500 with each being the #1 franchise for it’s respective market. Another business, Fitness Consulting Group, was a multiple time honoree on the Inc. 5000, placing as high as #580 on the list of fastest growing businesses in the U.S. I’ve also been a Best-Selling Author 6 times over, presented in front of thousands of entrepreneurs and been featured in Entrepreneur, Men’s Health, USA Today and on hundreds of other media outlets.
“When it comes to sales, I’ve personally sold as many as 116 franchises in a single year and been the strategist and copywriter for over 10 million dollars in online sales from my own businesses and millions more in sales for my clients.”
In the fitness industry alone, my coaching & consulting clients have been featured in places like Men’s Health, USA Today, Men’s Fitness, Shape, Women’s Heath, Huffington Post and on ABC, CBS, NBC and pretty much any other media outlet you can think of. In addition to that, they’ve built some of the most successful businesses and brands in ever corner of the industry, from local business and supplement companies to online businesses, certification organizations and even became best selling authors. In fact, many (if not most) of the experts providing business coaching in the fitness industry have been my clients, customers or franchisees.

Today, Bruno helps high-profile CEOs, executives, managers and organizations navigate a clear path to their next level of greatness. Sustainable peak performance is achievable. And Bruno will take you there.
Mental Health Advocate
Bruno spent 15 years with the Canadian Armed Forces, serving two tours in Afghanistan. He spent his second tour as a part of an anti-explosives team in Afghanistan; a busy outfit that dealt with more than 100 IEDs (improvised explosive devices). Returning home, he realized that his own mental health was deteriorating.
In 2014, he was medically released from the Canadian Armed Forces and began searching for a path to recovery. Later that year, he completed a challenging expedition in the North Pole with the True Patriot Love Foundation. The expedition (captured in the 2015 documentary, March To The Pole) was transformational, spawning Bruno’s personal quest to advance mental health awareness through influence and exposure.
High-Performance Catalyst Coach
In 2013, Bruno opened his own fitness facility CrossFit Stasis, where he trained clients to achieve the best versions of themselves - physically, mentally and emotionally.
In 2016, he took his coaching role a step further, leading a team of 30 ill and injured soldiers and veterans as Captain of Team Canada at Prince Harry’s Invictus Games. Today, Bruno continues to serve as an Ambassador of the Invictus Games, as he helps Veterans and First Responders overcome their injuries and uncover their greatness.
Bruno works with some of the biggest veteran organizations in the world, high-profile CEOs, world-class athletes and fast-tracking companies—helping each to establish a solid foundation for sustainable peak performance.
As a nationally known public speaker and consultant, Bruno’s own performance and reputation are rising just as fast as his clientele’s. He continues to inspire and coach individuals and organizations to achieve greatness in the areas that matter most: business, personal finance, relationships, families, careers and well-being

You can get fit and build muscle at any age! This is a fundamental belief of Laurence, who is a fitness YouTuber and personal trainer specializing in helping people lose weight and build muscle. Laurence didn't get started on his fitness journey until he was 45, now in his mid fifties and by his own admission is in the best shape of his life. Laurence was inspired by his 16-year-old son to start training. This was the beginning. It wasn’t long before the changes began, going from an overweight out of shape middle aged man, to one who started to see and believe in the positive changes living a fit lifestyle can bring. He uses his experience to encourage others to never feel like it is too late to get started on a fitter healthier way of life. A big believer in whole natural foods, along with progressive training techniques. Finding that fitness is about more, than serious hardcore diet and exercise, but about actively experiencing life, not just watching it pass you by on the TV.

My name is Anika Doutt. I’m a wife and mother based in Tampa, Florida. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer and coach for Adventure Bootcamp for Women 2.0. Fitness has always been a big part of my life and I enjoy doing anything challenging and active.
Exercise energizes and inspires me and I love sharing that positivity with others! My philosophy as a personal trainer is fitness is more than just exercise. My goal is not to change you, but to help you recognize the strength you already possess and ignite it! I aim to serve as an empowering mediator between what you are and who you can be. I’d love to meet you wherever you are along your journey and hear what inspires you! Let me be your guide to finding your strongest self! “Accept no limitation as limitation” -Bruce Lee
I was born and raised in the Republic of Georgia. It is there that I started my amateur boxing career. At the age of twenty, I moved to Cullera, Spain where I started boxing professionally. By the time I immigrated to Canada in 2009, I had over 100 amateur fights, 10 semi-pro fights and 5 pro fights. While living in Vancouver, B.C., I trained and coached at Sugarrays Boxing Gym, a well-known local boxing hub.
In 2013, my wife and I started Red Shadow Boxing and Fitness, now known as RSB Lifestyle Fitness. We both believe that there are no limits except the ones an individual acknowledges. This philosophy was an extension of the mental and physical discipline I was taught being part of a former USSR boxing club. Having our own studio gave me the opportunity to play and discover calisthenics- a training style I have become obsessed with. Because of its unlimited options, bodyweight training ignites a creativity and drive in me that I hadn’t known before.
I’m now a dad of two wonderful daughters, Vivianna and Valencia, and I have a wife who is my best friend and partner in everything I do. I have committed and dedicated my whole life to be an example for my three precious women. As a coach and a role model, I feel responsible to break through any obstacle that appears in front of me. My passion is to inspire, serve and share with the world how each of us can succeed in every area of our lives by building one of the most important skills-commitment.
Let me tell you... Life ain't easy for a boy named Sue... Rescue Piggy living it up with my furry family. Hopes of one day helping my parents around our Pet Sanctuary... I'll be in charge of cleaning up all the bowls... I'm what some may call a "homebody"... Not a big fan of the gyms as my curves tend to draw lots of attention from passers by (Also... People get upset at me when I sleep in the steam room).
Lebert EQualizers are the perfect fit for my home regime... Stay tuned for some great workout ideas!
I've been a fitness professional for 14+ years now and focus an emphasis on movement based training in order to live a lifestyle that matches your desired activity levels. The Lebert products allow you to do that anywhere and anytime with a variety of movement.

I love encouraging my class members to challenge their own strength - both muscular and mental - beyond what they thought they were capable of.
I am also passionate about health education at the population level - helping the masses learn how to prevent disease from the start through daily movement, physical activity, and proper nutrition. To me, fitness isn’t about being inside the 4 walls of a gym. It’s about taking what you learn and applying it to your life outside the gym. I am honored to be a part of the Lebert Fitness Ambassador team because fitness really is something that is achievable for all.
A few fun facts about me:
My name is Tyler Fields. I am a Calisthenics athlete and a firm believer that anyone can achieve anything if they put their mind to it. I started weight training 7 years with a goal to simply “get big”. However after putting on a lot of size I found myself wanting more of a challenge. I had always been interested in calisthenics after watching legends such as Simon Ata and Daniel Vadnal perform gravity defying movements. I had always told myself that this was impossible and stuck to what I knew. One day my brother invited me out for a calisthenics session and taught me some of the basic movements. While I thought I was strong and while I did voice it, I admititally thought myself above the basics. However I was quickly humbled and was shown the how real the journey to achieving those gravity defying skills could be. Since that day 4 years ago, I have been hooked and continue to push myself to new heights.
My biggest driving force as I mentioned earlier is that I want to show the world that anyone can do anything if they put their mind to it. I truly was a “average joe” watching from the sidelines until someone showed me that I am more than that. This is what I believe, we are all more than we give ourselves credit for, and only by working together can we help one another ascend to be our best possible selves.
Lebert Fitness products such as the Equalizer and Parallettes have helped me develop so much on my journey. I am truly honoured to be an ambassador and want to help show others what can be achieved when using this gear.
I appreciate you for reading my story. I hope to get to know you one day and look forward to seeing all of you progress on your own journey.

My drive, dedication, and commitment to health, fitness, and wellness comes from a long time ago. I was an amateur competitive boxer and kickboxer for over 20 years, and retired from the fighting circuit about 12 years ago. I then started competing in physique/fitness competitions. I have competed in both Figure and Bikini categories, and am currently active in the amateur circuit as a Figure competitor. I was a police officer for 15 years, and resigned almost 2 years ago to nurture my new venture. My husband and I opened up a 6,000 square foot personal training facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada called Optimum Training Centre (www.otctoronto.com). We are currently in the process of opening up our second location in Mississauga, Ontario. I am also a 7 x fitness cover model, and over the past 12 years, my workouts and images have been featured in several magazines worldwide.
I have been an online transformation specialist for the past 16 years, and have trained and transformed thousands of girls (www.nichellelaus.com). I am also a certified personal trainer, kickboxing and kettlebell instructor, a motivational speaker, and a proud mom of 4 boys. I am also a frequent article contributor (articles, workout routines, and advertisements) to various international fitness magazines. I have my own fitness column (“Ask the Trainer”) in OptiMYz magazine (Canadian fitness publication). I have appeared in 4 television commercials for Nike, promotional and advertising campaigns for various products and companies, and infomercials. I know that I can inspire and make a real impact to everyone because of my diversity and large target audience. Young women look up to me, other busy moms want to be me, and other men and women are inspired and motivated by the fact I can balance a full time business, my fitness career, and my busy family life with 4 young children. I have a strong organic social media presence, and have a lot of experience with social media. I post and interact with all my followers on a daily basis.
Taylor’s love for fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles was created during her youth when she trained to become a nationally ranked competitive gymnast and competitive dancer. Now as an adult Taylor is a IFBB Fitness Pro as well as a calisthenics athlete. The importance of passion, hard work, discipline and dedication were ingrained at a very early age, and these same principles guide her today both as an athlete and a personal training specialist.

Just because you are 40 or 50 or 60... doesn't turn gardening from an activity to an exercise! Steve lives this example through high intensity strength, conditioning and mobility training. Steve first met Marc Lebert in the mid 1990's and owned some of the first Lebert EQualizer bars! He finds EQualizers invaluable in his own and in his client training almost daily!
Hi I'm Karlton "Gold" Meadows. As an International Fitness Authority & Athlete who has travelled and trained in 23 Countries, I combine my experience as a Former Fitness instructor 4 Special Navy 🔱 SEAL’s support to harness & unleash the fitter version of YOU! Additionally, I was applauded by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, and endorsed by United States Special Operations Command for Personal Trainer of the Year. I've trained other Sailors who had failed to meet Navy-wide Physical Readiness Standards. I led the Fitness Enhancement Program & created a 90% success rate for participants. That is 3X Derek Jeter’s average!!! 9 out of every 10 Sailors executed to meet or surpass the requirements. Moreover, I trained America's 1st & Only 20-year retired Navy Veteran with service-connected disabilities make a collegiate track debut as a walk-on at age 45. All this real world experience along the entire fitness continuum allows me to create programs that burn fat, build muscle, boost hormones & break through plateaus to deliver results in less time while virtually eliminating exercise-induced injuries.
But athleticism did not always come easy for me; I had birth defects that required leg braces. I outgrew those braces only to become a weak, scrawny, sickly & last picked kid for neighborhood sports. I understand 1st-hand how challenging it is to create a successful fitness program. Eventually my fierce spirit conquered my childhood adversities and three vehicle-totaling-automobile accidents, forging me into the strong & determined USA Track & Field Silver Medalist I am today. As I train for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics allow me to guide you through an unrivaled fitness experience virtually wherever you are in the World!

I consider myself a "movement enthusiast". I love all forms of movement and incorporate as many as I can into my day to day life. I believe that a good movement practice should be challenging but playful and fuel the urge to explore what your body is capable of. Growing up in martial arts and competitive dance, I learned to appreciate the gift that is our body. If we challenge our body, it will adapt and grow strong. If we neglect our body, it will diminish and become stiff and weak.
I entered into the fitness world at a young age through group fitness and bodybuilding. After years of traditional training, I discovered a passion for crossfit and all the diverse components it had to offer. I love to move heavy weight around just as much as I love to find new ways to move my body around. I believe both have a place in a well rounded training regimen.
In recent years I have enjoyed exploring more unconventional training tools and modalities. I fell in love with the Steel Mace and Calisthenics. Using offset loads and more divers planes of movement has really brought my training to another level in addition to making things much more interesting.
I hope to encourage people to explore and experiment with their fitness. Listen to what your body is telling you. It craves movement of all sorts. Don’t be afraid to fail. Don’t be afraid to play.
Fitness can and should be fun and rewarding.
After a lifetime of athletics (gymnastics, cheerleading, tennis, IM sports, etc), Jenny began her fitness career at Korea Tae Kwon Do Academy in 2008. As a participant in the Cardio Kickboxing program she was asked to train as an instructor. Upon completing her training under Master Garth Cooley, she began to teach classes there and soon was also hired at the Y. This led to her certification in Group Exercise through YUSA.
Over the next several years she expanded her classes to include Strength & Endurance, Cardio Fit, Boot Camp, Treadmill Training, and Stretch Class, to name just a few!
After lifeguarding for a couple of summers through the Y, she discovered aquatic fitness and obtained her Water Fitness certification in 2012. This led to teaching Deep Water, Shallow Water, Aqua Cardio, Aqua Boot Camp, and Aqua Kickboxing classes. She joined the Monon Community Center in 2014, increasing the number and type of water fitness classes she was teaching weekly.
Jenny also received her Certification for Personal Training through the American College of Sports Medicine in 2014. She is passionate about fitness and loves coaching clients through their fitness journeys!
Jenny found Lebert Fitness through an ACSM annual conference. The Equalizers were the perfect piece of equipment to add to her “gym” due to their versatility and easily-transported size. She frequently trains her clients at their homes or parks and there’s nothing better than a couple EQ’s to give her clients that full-body workout!
Jenny also has a BA in Psychology and an MS in Counseling, both of which help her connect to participants and motivate them to meet their goals.
Jenny is married with one daughter and two cats. When she’s not in a gym, she enjoys watching the Colts and traveling the world w/ her daughter.

Calisthenics Canada aims to be the governing body and Federation for the sport of street workout and calisthenics in Canada. The goal of this is to create a comprehensive framework for how calisthenics gets adapted as a sport by developing all areas of it. Everything from rules, competitions, ratings, athletes, regulations, resources and much more are part of the plan for this project that keeps evolving every year. As we see the growing popularity of calisthenics not only as a sport but also as a fitness alternatives, we have noticed a gap in the way in which people discover, interact and develop within the calisthenics community. This federations job is to close that gap and expand the knowledge base, initiatives and development of the sport for future expansion as a mainstream sport and fitness style.

I'm a mom of 3 small kiddos with a passion for everything fitness and nutrition. I've been a certified Personal Trainer/ Nutritionist for 13 yrs and I love every minute of it. Not only do I coach one on one but I love group fitness, my time teaching at Barry's Bootcamp and Cyclebar are some of my favorite times.
After overcoming a severe eating disorder in my late teens I turned to fitness and that grew into a passion. I love to teach and inspire and help others reach their full potential and achieve their goals and beyond. Home fitness and simple fitness is my thing and using creative ways to get the job done in a fun way is so exciting. My research and growth in fitness is endless, my desire to learn it all. Being apart of this team of amazing people and athletes is incredible, I'm honored to have this opportunity with the Lebert Fitness Team!
I am an outdoorsy, fitness enthusiast who loves to run. I have been racing since 2010. I've raced every distance from one mile to ultra, but right now, I race mostly marathon and ultra distances. My goal is to share my passion for fitness and healthy living with others and to teach and inspire others to help them make healthy changes in their own lives.
My passion for health sparked my decision to try a whole food, plant-based diet in 2011. Since making the change I have never felt better and want to share my success with you!
As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, over the past 3 years I have been coaching people online and creating YouTube videos inspiring others to reach their fitness and lifestyle goals through healthy, wholesome plant-based food and a natural approach to fitness and movement.
When I first became a nutritionist, I was a lean runner. I believed strongly in the vegan diet and knew I wanted to promote it the best way I could but I was consistently met with the argument “sure that diet might work for you, but I want to put on some muscle”…
I quickly realized this was going to be a big roadblock for me. Many people like the aesthetics of a muscular physique, so I knew I had to put on some muscle and to do that I had to workout and EAT!
A lot of the recipes I found were either boring or contained items I couldn’t easily find at the grocery store. That’s when I started experimenting more in the kitchen and pushing my body with calisthenics and weights. Before long my physique was changing and my meals were getting better and better.
The meals I have in my Easy Vegan Muscle Meals ebook are what I consistently eat on a daily basis. They have helped me fuel my intense workouts, recover quickly and also stay lean year round while continuing to improve my physique and I’m excited to share them with you!
My message has now reached millions of people on social media, I am supported by some of the leading vegan brands worldwide, I get to travel the world doing what I love, and have the most amazing community of people aspiring to live plant-based, healthy lifestyles.
Allow me to tell you a little more about myself. My name is Neftali Vazquez. I am originally from Puerto Rico and moved to the US at the age of 11 (now 38). I now live in NYC. I am fluent in Spanish which helps with social media. I am dedicated to my family, fitness and profession.
Over a year ago I decided to make a change of lifestyle. I wasn’t happy with the way I looked physically or where i was mentally, bad habits, not much drive, and blending into the crowds. I have to tell you that I am beyond happy with where I am today.
I set on a very hardcore training discipline and did a complete nutrition adjustment. The results have been amazing. Haven’t felt better in my life. I am stronger physically and mentally.
I have focused on a workout “Wherever, whenever, with whatever” Model. As fitness is nothing more than discipline and creativity merged together.
