Here at Lebert Fitness, we love simple bodyweight and high intensity exercises and equipment but in reality, what matters most is that you just get moving and keep moving.

Your first step is learning the basics of how to set up a workout program. Luckily, you don't have to figure it out yourself. There are many places you can find on the Internet and Online Coaching to figure out the components to creating a quality exercise program that address goal setting, the frequency of workouts, recovery and nutrition.

Advancing to the Next Level

Advancing from being a novice to an ‘intermediate’ fitness practitioner is based upon your level of fitness (strength and overall conditioning), experience and knowledge of proper form and various exercises, different workout programs and understanding how things like nutrition and recovery allow you to meet your goals.

Inherent in this is that you have become a consistent exerciser and know how to fit exercise into your schedule.

At this level, you will continue to advance by making your routine progressively more difficult which may be achieved by increasing frequency, intensity, or difficulty. When your current routine has become too easy, the results aren’t as significant as they once were, or you are not as engaged mentally then it may be time to take it up a notch.

To help spice up your routines we have added progressions to many of the of the core Lebert EQualizer exercises that we know will add a layer of difficulty and interest to your workouts!!!
