My absolute favourite Ab exercise is not an "Ab" exercise at all. It is ...

My absolute favourite Ab exercise is not an "Ab" exercise at all. It is the  Kneeling Tricep Extensions with the EQ. It is similar to doing “Skull-crushers” with a barbell on a bench, only better as it also engages tons of core. It is great for the Triceps (of course) but everyone feels it in the abs the next day too. It is easy to modify and progress and do compound sets too. Just pair any floor exercise with it and no rest between the two! Also pair this exercise with dips or push-ups for a more upper body focus... but still working the abs too. Here it is in action;

The other one I love is my Lebert EQUALIZER “Knee-ups” because doing abs on the floor only work from the top down. Doing knees up properly (chin down and knees past 90 degrees- once past 90 the hip flexors are not working as much and the abs really take over) will work your abs from the bottom up! Plus it’s a good upper body workout with stability (core and arms) and for shoulder depression strengthening. Here is a video of this one in action;
